Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We’re looking for a commercially focused Product Manager to lead our Liquid Handling Pipettes and Pipette Tips portfolio in a distribution-only sales model. You’ll manage the full product lifecycle, own P&L, and drive growth through global laboratory distributors. Key Responsibilities:
- Own global P&L and deliver revenue growth
- Define and execute a 3–5 year product roadmap
- Identify portfolio gaps and lead expansion
- Drive pricing, margin, and SKU optimization
- Develop go-to-market strategies with distributors
- Manage distributor product launches, pricing, and promotions
- Analyze market/customer insights and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on new product development
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in life science tools or consumables.
- Experience operating in a distribution-only commercial model.
- Direct experience with pipettes, pipette tips, or liquid handling systems.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 3 days a week at our office in San Diego, CA.
