Maintenance Supervisor- Russellville Commons
Role summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage all maintenance and repair operations at Russellville Commons in Portland, OR. Responsibilities include diagnosing and delegating repairs, overseeing maintenance staff, managing resident service requests, coordinating staff schedules, conducting safety meetings, and maintaining accurate records of preventive maintenance and expenditures. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, experience with properties of at least 150 units, and expertise across all trades. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a strong customer service attitude are required. This is an onsite, full-time position.
