Role summary

Michels Underground Cable, Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support project budgeting and scheduling, monitor cost and schedule performance, and collaborate with project teams. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient and effective project execution in the installation of underground cables for power transmission, distribution, renewable energy, and communication networks. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 0-3 years of experience in project controls, finance, accounting, or construction operations, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to travel to project sites and work full-time on-site.

    • What it takes?

  • 0-3 years of related experience in project controls, finance, accounting, or construction operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Training or exposure to project cost control, scheduling, and forecasting processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently
  • Ability to travel to various project sites and work on-site full time
