Michels Road & Stone, Inc. is seeking a Civil Grading Superintendent to manage large, complex, or multiple medium-sized road and site development projects. This role ensures projects are completed within time and budget parameters, prioritizing safety above all. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of grading experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a CDL. GPS experience is preferred. As a Civil Grading Superintendent, your key responsibilities will be to manage large complex projects or manage multiple medium sized projects ensuring profitable operations. This position will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of Roadway and Site Civil Construction projects to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

What it takes:

3-5 years of grading experience.

Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record.

A valid combination CDL or the ability to obtain one.

GPS experience preferred, but not required.

Willingness to work under a union collective bargaining agreement

Ability to travel.
