Role summary
Michels Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives. This role drives key initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience, with demonstrated responsibility for employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective action decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of confidentiality are required.
