Michels Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives. This role drives key initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience, with demonstrated responsibility for employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective action decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of confidentiality are required.     • What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience with demonstrated responsibility for employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective action decisions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of confidentiality and ability to process sensitive information
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
