Role summary
Michels Pipeline, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules for construction projects. As a Scheduler, your key responsibilities will be to develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules that support the timely completion of construction projects. You’ll collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to optimize timelines, monitor progress, and proactively identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts.

What it takes?
5-10 years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or a related role within the oil & gas industry
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent relevant experience
Formal training or certification in project scheduling principles or software
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to forecast impacts and propose solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams, management, and external partners
