As a Senior Product Owner at Micron, you will receive a distinctive opportunity to lead and grow our foremost smart manufacturing solutions. You will be part of the Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence team and coordinate projects involving advanced automation, AI, and generative AI technologies to enhance our processes.
Responsibilities

• Lead and refine the strategic roadmap of Supplier Engagement & DIMS Equipment, coordinating with business users to gather and evaluate information related to projects.
• Identify gaps, weaknesses, and inefficiencies in current solutions, including opportunities for improvements using artificial intelligence.
• Define business solutions and propose projects for implementation, demonstrating AI and GenAI technologies where applicable.
• Lead projects and activities requiring coordination, support, and management of resources from global teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.
• Use metrics and performance data to find opportunities for improvement, including predictive analytics and intelligent decision support.
• Provide domain and system expertise; collaborate with data scientists to perform data analysis and identify yield opportunities on critical yield ramp challenges using AI/ML models.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering along with 5 years of experience in a Process Equipment Engineering department.
• Possess strong domain knowledge of fab equipment tool/vendor data; experienced working with E3 and FD data.
• Established background in guiding and handling projects, with strong proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in guiding and handling projects. Proficiency in program or project management expertise.
• Deep commitment to Data Science (DS) or equivalent experience, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Generative AI (GenAI), along with a strong desire to apply these innovations to smart manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent in communication, teamwork, and collaboration with other departments.
• Experience operationalizing analytics/AI solutions into balanced tools/workflows with clear metrics and user adoption.
• Prior experience working in a high tech semiconductor manufacturing environment.
