Job Responsibilities

  • Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data
  • Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals
  • Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data
  • Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies
  • Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs
  • Direct trained survey interviewers
  • Stay up to date on the latest AI and productivity trends
  • Understand and align with the top priorities of the Office Product Team
  • Manage social media channels on behalf of the EVP of Office
  • Engage with the product team as needed to respond to trends or comments
  • Create and build assets for social media
  • Manage day-to-day project management accountabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required
  • 2-4 years of related experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven negotiation skills and customer service abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage one's time
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services
  • Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods
  • Proficiency in communications, collaboration, and design and marketing disciplines

Additional Details

  • Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid)
  • Duration: 1 month
  • Pay Range\*: $29 - $33 per hour
  • Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
  • Job Status: Non-Exempt
