Role summary

The Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization is seeking Cloud Solution Architects specializing in AI Solutions and Copilot to empower customers in their AI transformation journey. This customer-facing role acts as a strategic trusted advisor, leveraging expertise in Copilot Chat, Agents/Copilot Studio, and M365 Copilot to drive business value and ROI. Responsibilities include leading architectural design, utilizing agentic AI and prompt engineering, identifying growth opportunities, and accelerating customer AI adoption through continuous learning and sharing of insights. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or related fields are required.

We are looking for
Cloud Solution Architect
professionals (Multiple Openings), specializing in
AI Solutions and Copilot
, who are passionate about driving our customers’ AI transformation journey with Copilot Chat, Agents/Copilot Studio, and M365 Copilot. This is a customer-facing role that serves as a strategic trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert, accelerating AI adoption and change management by creating business value and Return of Investment.
Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted advisor and drive business value through AI Transformation: Create business value by translating customer challenges into actionable solutions aligned to high ROI customer outcomes. Ensure a seamless, connected experience that fosters satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value.
  • Drive Customer Success: Lead architectural design, engaging with business and technical decision makers to drive intent and enable sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents/ Copilot Studio, and M365 Copilot, securing long-term customer success and renewal.
  • Leverage Agentic AI: Use Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale.
  • Explore growth opportunities: Partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions to drive expansion and business value realization.
  • Accelerate Customer AI Transformation Journey: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and learn from others to help accelerate your customer’s AI transformation journey.
  • Embrace a growth mindset: Act as the voice of the customer by proactively sharing insights, feedback, and success stories to inform internal strategy and execution.
  • Learn-it-all: Demonstrate a self-learner mindset through continuous, self-directed learning in areas such as Copilot Chat, Agents/Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, business value realization, and adoption and change management. Build and maintain technical readiness aligned to Customer Success Unit (CSU) priorities and corporate initiatives.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience

Other Requirements

  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the futpure require employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 3+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
  • 2+ years experience working on technical projects.
  • 1+ years experience with customizing, troubleshooting, and deploying Copilot Studio Agents.
  • 1+ year experience customizing, troubleshooting, and deploying Copilot Studio with one or more demonstratable production deployments
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Microsoft AI Business Professional, Microsoft Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect, Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).

Cloud Solution Architecture IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
