Role summary

Mintlify is seeking a Staff Product Designer to empower builders by leading end-to-end product design projects for their developer documentation platform. This role requires a user-obsessed individual with a holistic thinking approach and a strong portfolio showcasing complex product work. You will be responsible for creating compelling visuals, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, primarily using Figma. The ideal candidate has 8-12+ years of experience in tech/SaaS/devtool, expertise in design systems at scale, and experience designing for technical users. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, well-funded team and significantly impact the company's trajectory.

### What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end product design projects, from exploration to final polish
Collaborate with Heads of Design and Marketing on product priorities
Create compelling visuals that resonate with developers
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Express ideas through high-fidelity mockups in Figma

### What you bring

8-12+ years of product design experience in tech/SaaS/devtool
Strong portfolio showing complex product work
Expert in Figma and other design tools
Experience designing for technical users
Understanding of design systems at scale
Skills in user research and testing

Compensation Range: $220K - $265K
