Role summary

Miracle is seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build and scale its outbound prospecting and pipeline generation efforts. This role involves identifying and researching biotech companies, generating qualified opportunities through targeted outreach, and continuously improving the sales playbook. The SDR will work closely with the CEO and have significant influence on the company's go-to-market strategy. Success requires ambition, strong communication, resourcefulness, and a willingness to experiment in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite role in San Francisco, offering significant growth potential and equity.

Clinical trial teams today spend countless hours pulling data from spreadsheets, vendors, and disconnected systems just to understand what's happening across their studies.

### The Role

You'll be joining as our Founding SDR, helping build the sales engine that powers Miracle's next stage of growth.

Miracle already serves leading biopharma and medical device companies through a founder-led sales motion. We're now looking for our first dedicated SDR to help scale outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.

You'll work directly with the CEO to identify the right companies, the right people, and the right timing. Success in this role comes from research, persistence, creativity, and relationship-building.

As one of the first GTM hires, you'll also have significant influence on how Miracle grows.

### What You'll Do

* Build pipeline by identifying biotech companies running or preparing for clinical trials, researching key stakeholders, and maintaining target account lists.
* Generate qualified opportunities through highly targeted email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
* Monitor industry signals to identify high-intent windows of opportunity.
* Continuously improve our outbound playbook by testing messaging, refining targeting strategies, and sharing insights from successful and unsuccessful outreach.
* Work in-office 5 days a week from our San Francisco office, helping scale a proven founder-led sales motion while developing the skills needed to grow into an AE or broader GTM role.

### What Success Looks Like

* **First Week:** Learn key ICPs, launch outbound campaigns, and book your first meetings.
* **First 90 Days:** Consistently generate qualified opportunities and measurable pipeline.
* **Long-Term:** Help scale Miracle's sales engine and grow into GTM/Account Executive responsibilities.

* 1+ year of experience generating opportunities through sales, recruiting, marketing, or business development
