Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Head – International who will own revenue strategy, team leadership, and market expansion across USA, Canada, and UK (London). This is a senior leadership role requiring a data-driven mindset, strong people management, and the ability to build a new market from scratch alongside managing existing high-value accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Ownership (Multi-Country)
- Drive and own revenue targets across USA, Canada, and UK
- Monitor country-wise performance through structured dashboards
- Identify gaps early and course-correct with data-backed decisions
- UK Market Expansion – Strategic KPI
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for London/UK
- Define target segments, outreach approach, and market positioning
- Build measurable traction within the first 6 months
- Data-Driven Sales Management
- Own real-time dashboards covering pipeline, conversion, AOV, and revenue
- Make all strategic decisions backed by data, not assumptions
- Present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Sales Funnel Management
- Design and own the full funnel: Lead → Qualification → Proposal → Closure → Repeat
- Audit each funnel stage using conversion data and reduce drop-offs
- Conversion Optimization
- Improve lead quality, follow-up discipline, and pitch effectiveness
- Analyze lost deals to continuously refine the sales approach
- AOV & Revenue Growth
- Drive upsell strategies and premium product positioning
- Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Repeat Business & Client Retention
- Build structured post-closure engagement and retention cadence
- Ensure high repeat business through consistent client relationship management
- Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead and manage India-based Relationship Managers
- Set individual KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and coach the team
- Build a high-accountability culture with clear ownership across the team
- Process & SOP Ownership
- Build scalable, documented sales processes to reduce individual dependency
- Continuously audit and improve processes based on performance data
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Experience:
- 5–10 years in International B2B Sales
- USA client handling – Mandatory
- UK market exposure – Strong Advantage
- Custom Jewelry, Luxury, or Custom Product background preferred
- High-ticket deal experience in the premium product segment
Data-Driven Competency – Mandatory:
- Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Able to build, read, and act on sales dashboards and pipeline reports
- Tracks conversion rates, AOV trends, and lead quality metrics
- All strategy decisions backed by numbers, not gut feel
Leadership & Management – Mandatory:
- Proven experience managing a sales team (minimum 3–5 members)
- Sets individual KPIs, conducts reviews, and actively coaches team
- Experience coordinating teams across time zones
- Leads by accountability – owns team outcomes, not just personal targets
