Role Overview

This is a
senior-level SRE transformation role
focused on improving platform reliability, scalability, and operational maturity.

Work Allocation

• 80% – Site Reliability Engineering (Transformation & Proactive Engineering)

• 20% – Application Support

Key Responsibilities

• Define and mature
Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs)

• Participate in
error budgeting and reliability planning

• Improve
system scalability, resiliency, and stability

• Identify and eliminate
manual operational processes

• Educate engineering teams on
SRE best practices and frameworks

• Support
permit-to-operate processes for new or major releases

• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership on reliability strategy

OpenShift (OCP)
– Primary Kubernetes platform


Oracle


Autosys


AppDynamics / Dynatrace


ThousandEyes

• Hands-on experience with
enterprise monitoring platforms

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience
building SLOs from scratch

• Strong
OpenShift container platform expertise

• Automation-first engineering mindset

• Experience reducing
operational toil
through automation

• Strong
executive-level communication and stakeholder management

• Proven experience transforming
traditional support models into SRE frameworks

Work Schedule

• Standard
40-hour work week

• Every
5–6 weeks late shift (12 PM – 8 PM)


Sunday rotation:
4 hours coverage
