Role summary

MTSI is seeking a Senior Logistics Support Program Manager with an active TS/SCI clearance for a 100% on-site role supporting national security and defense missions. The role focuses on cybersecurity assessments and logistics support for weapons systems and subsystems. Responsibilities include coordinating cyber assessment activities, managing critical data and schedules, integrating cybersecurity into sustainment and logistics planning, and developing tracking systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics support for DoD weapons systems, possess a Master's degree with 10 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 18 years of experience, and a passion for supporting warfighters. Experience with mathematical modeling and delivering briefings to senior leaders is desired.

MTSI is seeking a cybersecurity assessment team Senior Logistics Support Program Manager (PM) with a strong background in providing development and management of centralized data tracking across multiple platforms, systems and subsystems. The Logistics Support PM will work across organizations to coordinate, collect, track schedules, enter and maintain test organization testing and test data results. The Logistics Support PM will also utilize test data and analysis information for logistics management of systems and subsystems.
This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance. This position is 100% on-site with limited ability to telework.

Responsibilities
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

  • Coordinate enterprise-wide cyber assessment activities.
  • Collect, track, and manage critical assessment data and schedules supporting assessment activities.
  • Ensure cybersecurity is proactively integrated into all phases of sustainment and logistics planning.
  • Assist in the development and management of a centralized DAF Cyber Assessment Tracking System.
  • Create a comprehensive mechanism to monitor all cybersecurity assessments conducted on DAF Weapons Systems.
  • Conduct in-depth logistics and sustainment analysis by reviewing technical specifications and design data to identify latent defects.
  • Provide expert recommendations for logistics management, Depot Source of Repair determinations, develop provisioning plans, and assure supply chain integrity.
  • Verify all systems, subsystems and components are fully capable of performing to their intended operational requirements throughout their entire lifecycle.

Qualifications Required

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master’s degree and 10 years of experience or a bachelor’s degree and 18 years of experience.
  • Experience in logistics support of DoD weapons systems and subsystems.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-tempo mission environment.
  • Ability to formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.
  • Experience supporting data collection and analysis
  • Experience developing and supplying optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.
  • Experience supporting classified and/or special access programs.

Clearance Requirements

  • Must possess an active DoD Top Secret (TS) security clearance (with SCI and SAP eligibility)
