Regional Revenue Marketing Manager
Role summary
MongoDB is seeking a Regional Revenue Marketing Manager based in Chicago to drive account expansion and accelerate deals within assigned AMER markets. This role collaborates closely with Sales and Marketing to create and execute integrated regional marketing programs, including digital initiatives, events, and trade shows, aimed at engaging decision-makers and advancing buying committees. The ideal candidate is data-guided, results-driven, and possesses strong analytical and project management skills, with experience in enterprise software or B2B SaaS. Responsibilities include developing executive-focused programs, supporting account teams, tracking pipeline influence and ROI, and managing program budgets. Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems like Salesforce and Eloqua is required.
The Regional Revenue Marketing Manager will help drive account expansion and deal acceleration through integrated regional marketing programs, with Sales as a primary stakeholder. As a key marketing partner for assigned AMER markets, you’ll collaborate with sales and marketing to build and execute programs that engage decision makers, advance buying committees, accelerate the sales cycle, and improve conversion to customers. You’ll experiment with new approaches and tools while applying a disciplined, analytical approach to measuring program performance and business impact. You are a data-guided, results-driven marketer and collaborative partner to cross-functional stakeholders.

Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
