Role summary
Monte Sano Research Corporation (MSRC) is seeking a full-time Security Analyst to manage and execute all aspects of acquisition security and support daily operations. This role requires a basic understanding of INFOSEC, PERSEC, OPSEC, and Industrial Security. Responsibilities include administering security programs, developing documentation, providing classification guidance, conducting security education, investigating violations, processing visit requests, and coordinating briefings. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 4 years of experience are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and in-depth knowledge of government security regulatory manuals are essential. The candidate must be a U.S. Citizen with an active security clearance.

MSRC is seeking a full-time Security Analyst. This position will manage and execute all aspects of acquisition security and support the daily operations of all functional Acquisition Security areas. This position requires, at a minimum, a basic understanding of INFOSEC, PERSEC, OPSEC, and Industrial Security.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate security programs, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.
- Develop security documentation and procedures in coordination with government agencies and management personnel.
- Provided classification guidance and markings based on applicable security classification guides (SCGs).
- Participate in the development of and conduct security education programs.
- Investigate losses and security violations and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement procedures and coordinate procedures and manual revisions.
- Process incoming and outgoing visit authorization requests (VARs).
- Coordinate and conduct briefings such as security indoctrination and OCONUS travel briefs.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of government security regulatory manual.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to achieve high-quality results.

- Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Candidate must currently possess and be able to maintain an active security clearance.
