Seeking a Data Analytics Engineer in Denver, CO, to own the design and development of data pipelines, ETL processes, and scalable data models. This role partners with business leaders to translate needs into technical solutions, standardize data across systems (finance, CRM, marketing), and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reporting. The ideal candidate will drive data quality, governance, and best practices, with a strong foundation in SQL and data modeling. Familiarity with dbt is a plus. This is an on-site position with relocation support.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the design and development of data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Build and optimize scalable data models powering reporting and analytics
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Standardize data across systems (finance, CRM, marketing, etc.) into clean, usable models
  • Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reporting
  • Drive data quality, governance, and best practices

What You Bring

  • 2–7 years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or similar
  • Strong SQL and data modeling expertise
  • Experience with ETL and data warehousing concepts
  • Familiarity with dbt (or strong interest in mastering it)
  • Confidence owning projects and driving outcomes independently
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
