The role involves managing pre-litigation work for personal injury cases, primarily premises liability, from start to finish. Responsibilities include client guidance, drafting documents, overseeing negotiations, managing settlements, and leading a team of 6-10 Case Managers. Requirements include a law degree, active TN State Bar membership, 2+ years of personal injury experience, high-volume case management ability, strong leadership, communication, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
