Case Manager
Role summary
Morgan & Morgan is seeking a highly organized and empathetic Case Manager to join their personal injury law firm. The role involves daily client interaction, ordering medical records, communicating with providers and insurance carriers, and preparing case documentation under attorney supervision. Responsibilities include managing case files from intake to closing, requiring strong organizational, multitasking, writing, and communication skills, with a minimum typing speed of 35 wpm. Prior experience in personal injury case management, paralegal work, or as a bodily injury claims adjuster is strongly preferred, along with at least 2 years in a legal or insurance adjuster role. This is an onsite, full-time position.

Summary
We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager you must be highly organized and able to work on a varied caseload. The Case Manager will assist the attorney in developing settlements, preparing documents and correspondence as needed. The ideal candidate is customer focused and empathetic.
