Role summary
Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Personal Injury Attorney for its Irvine, California office. The role involves managing a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, including drafting legal documents, client interaction, working with expert witnesses, and preparing for depositions, mediations, and court appearances. The ideal candidate will have a law degree, be an active member of the CA State Bar, possess at least 2 years of personal injury experience (preferably in medical malpractice or nursing home matters), and demonstrate strong client service, communication, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
