Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will oversee daily operations, including business planning, financial management, and operational strategy execution to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing financial and operational data, and driving overall company performance. The COO will also contribute to long-term strategic planning and foster collaboration across teams to achieve organizational success.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data and support decision-making processes
• Experience in Finance and Budgeting, including managing budgets and forecasting financial performance
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
• Track record of successful strategic planning and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the construction or real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
