About the Role

We are seeking a driven and solutions-oriented
Supply Chain Manager
to support operational efficiency, supplier performance, and process improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role focused on problem-solving, supplier coordination, and ensuring smooth production flow in a fast-paced environment.

This individual will work closely with internal teams and global suppliers to remove roadblocks, improve processes, and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for resolving supply chain issues and production challenges
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure on-time delivery of materials and components
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics across suppliers and internal teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain activities with business goals
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across operations and logistics
  • Apply data-driven decision-making to optimize performance and outcomes

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related field
- Strong experience with
SAP
(required)
- Proven ability to manage suppliers and drive operational improvements
- Experience in project management and process optimization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • Experience working with global suppliers
  • Background in Lean, process improvement, or delivery assurance
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments

Additional Details

  • Fully onsite role (no remote flexibility)
  • Core hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hrs/week + potential OT)
  • Travel: ~25–30% (up to 40% based on business needs)
