Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
· Minimum 8 years of embedded systems software development experience
· Experience leading engineering teams while contributing hands-on
· Strong expertise in C programming
· Experience with board support packages and secure boot (AMD UltraScale+ MPSoC and/or Microchip PolarFire SoC)
· Linux kernel driver development expertise
· Strong networking configuration and programming experience
· Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for government-related work)
· Ability to pass background check and drug test
· Must relocate to Irvine, CA and work onsite 100%
Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience with security protocols and encryption algorithms (e.g., CNSA suite)
· Scripting experience (Bash, Python)
· Experience with audio codecs and streaming protocols
· Familiarity with networking protocols such as IPsec, IGMP, SNMP
· Knowledge of NIST FIPS 140-3 and NIAP Common Criteria
· Experience developing communication and networking products
