Data Analyst who loves turning data into real business impact.

MotoRad
is growing, and we’re looking for a hands-on BI Analyst (3–5 years of experience) to join our team and help drive data-driven decisions across a global organization.

What will you do?

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries (CTEs, stored procedures, performance tuning)

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)

• Analyze data across sales, operations, procurement, and engineering

• Support ETL processes using Azure Data Factory

• Ensure data quality and support master data governance across ERP systems

• Translate business needs into smart data solutions

What are we looking for?

✔️ 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SQL and BI

✔️ Strong Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, Power Query)

✔️ Solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes

✔️ Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global environment

✔️ Hands-on, self-driven, and business-oriented mindset
