Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Software Engineer. In this position, you will develop, optimize, and maintain key software systems and back-end architecture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, implementing object-oriented designs, and participating in code reviews. As a senior team member, you will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including algorithms and data structures
Experience in Back-End Web Development and building scalable, secure server-side applications
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming
Solid understanding and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work effectively in a distributed and remote team environment
Familiarity with modern development tools, workflows, and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Prior experience in leading engineering projects is a plus
