Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Design. In this position, you will lead and inspire the design team, overseeing the ideation, creation, and execution of innovative design projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the design process across multiple projects, steering branding initiatives, and ensuring cohesive visual and product design standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the aesthetic and functional aspects of Move Solo's features, branding, and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Design Management, including coordinating teams and design workflows.
  • Strong skills in Visual Interface Design and Product Design with a focus on creating user-centric experiences.
  • Experience in Branding, ensuring a cohesive and distinctive identity across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with interface Design principles is a bonus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into compelling and functional design concepts.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software is preferred.
  • A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is desirable, though commensurate experience is also considered.

Background in app design. Preferably experience with startups like Plaid, Anthropic, Meta, Apple, Stripe, Upwork, and etc...
