Office Coordinator

At McLaughlin Transportation Systems we are a family-owned business that began with a single truck in downtown Nashua in 1936 and is now in its fourth generation of leadership. We take personal responsibility for every move and are proud of our heritage and success.

We specialize in commercial and household moves, as well as local and long distance including storage services. We are looking for a Move Coordinator to assist in our Military operations and join our team based at our headquarters in Nashua, NH.

As the lead coordinator in this role you will engage with customers in a professional manner on the telephone, via email and webcam.

Duties include:

• Utilization of phone system and basic office equipment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel is a must
• Detailed record keeping for Govt. accounts
• Coordinating sales for Sales team members
• Process and maintain up to date records

Background check and drug test will be part of the pre-employment process. Pay is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience.
