Studio Fitness Instructor and Program Manager
Role summary
Club 600 in Bedford, MA is seeking an experienced Fitness Instructor and Program Manager to lead a new initiative combining yoga and low-weight strength training group classes. This role involves designing and teaching classes, developing program schedules, managing and training instructors, overseeing daily operations for participant satisfaction and safety, and leading marketing efforts across digital and community channels. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing group fitness programs, a background as a fitness instructor, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for wellness and community building. This is a flexible, full-time or part-time position with a competitive salary.

Club 600 is a 13,000 sq foot fitness facility located in Bedford, MA. We are a comprehensive health and wellness destination that combines personalized fitness offerings, group classes, CrossFit, physical therapy services, and nutrition guidance - all under one roof. Our mission is to help members live healthier, move better, and feel stronger in all aspects of life.
We are excited to revamp our group classes area and launch a fresh, dynamic program that blends yoga and low-weight strength training.
We are seeking an experienced Fitness Instructor and Program Manager to lead this new initiative. An ideal candidate will be able to:
- Design and teach engaging and effective group classes combining yoga and low-weight strength training
- Develop a comprehensive class schedule and workout programs in line with our vision
- Manage and potentially expand the team by training new instructors to deliver classes consistently and at high quality
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the program and ensure participant satisfaction and safety
- Leading marketing efforts across social media, digital channels, and local community outreach to build awareness and fill classes
- Leveraging a strong, authentic personal following in the fitness community to jumpstart program growth
Ideal Candidate must have:
- Proven experience managing or leading group fitness programs, preferably with a focus on yoga and strength training
- Background as a fitness instructor with the ability to deliver both yoga and strength classes
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop and mentor instructors
- Passionate about wellness, fitness, and creating a supportive community environment
