Role Description

This is a full-time (May to mid-August), on-site door-to-door role for a Sales Representative based in the Greater Phoenix Area (and Riverside, CA). The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying prospects, presenting tailored pest control solutions, and closing sales with both residential and commercial customers. Key responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, addressing client concerns, meeting sales targets, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role requires proactive communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in customer service, relationship building, and active listening
• Demonstrated abilities in sales
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales performance targets
• Comfortable working in an on-site environment with a willingness to learn industry best practices
• Experience in pest control or related fields is advantageous but not required
• High school diploma, GED, or relevant education; bachelor's degree is a plus
