Design a reusable, market-agnostic deployment guide covering operating models, processes, resources, and commercial launch strategy.

3. Drive Commercialisation in New Markets.
Identify and prioritise target markets, develop business plans and a 2027-2029 roadmap.

  • Comfortable working through ambiguity across multiple stakeholders and regions
  • Experience coordinating across different time zones and geographies
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or graduate degree with an international business focus is preferred

Bonus Points For:

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
  • Financial modelling and business case development
  • French language proficiency (strong asset given our Canadian and francophone market presence)

  • Salary Range: $90-110k CAD annually (Final compensation will reflect the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications)
  • Hybrid work environment
  • Comprehensive health benefits + Employee Assistance Program
  • Wellness spending account
  • RRSP matching
  • Minimum 3 weeks' vacation + generous sick and flex days
  • Clear pathways for vertical and horizontal growth, pursue what excites you
  • Inclusive, supportive leadership that genuinely invests in your success
