Role summary

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Owner to drive product development and deliver customer value. 🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented
Product Owner
to drive product development and deliver value to our customers. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business needs and technical execution, prioritize effectively, and lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear priorities and alignment with business goals
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and user experience
  • Ensure timely delivery of features and continuous product improvement
  • Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs

✅ Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard)
  • Must be based in the United States with valid work authorization

🌟 Nice to Have

  • Experience working on SaaS or digital products
  • Background in UX/UI or technical development
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification
  • Experience in customer research and product discovery
