This position works with existing personnel to handle tasks from traditional Tier 2 through Tier 3 support issues and coordinate and manage the helpdesk ticket queue. The applicant spends most of the time in an office environment, with up to 20% travel time to branch offices and job sites as needed. Although most of this role’s duties should be performed in-office, remote work and comp time can be coordinated due to the out-of-business-hours functions of this role.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required education and skills needed but not limited to the following:
- 3+ years’ infrastructure and networking experience in a non-call center environment (MSP experience preferred)
- Firewall (security and policy management) and networking skills (routing/BGP/IPSEC)
- Azure Active Directory Services, Office 365, SSO, and IAM.
- Intune setup and management of policies and environment.
- NSE7 or 3 years experience with Fortinet security fabric (or demonstratable comparable platform skills)
- Solid understanding of good cyber-security hygiene
- Solid understanding of ticketing systems and systems management platforms
- Demonstratable infrastructure support skills and a firm understanding of, among other things:
- Network and switching
- Windows Server Environment
- Virtualization (Hyper-V as well as others)
- Wired and Wireless networking
- Windows desktop environment
- Printer management
- Systems and software patching and installs
- Web browser issues
- iOS device management
- Have structured cabling experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

- The employee must be able to lift and/or carry or push/pull over 75+ pounds on a periodic basis.
- The employee must be able to stand and/or walk at least eight hours per day.
- The Employee must be able to work and adapt to outside temperature fluctuations such as the heat of the summer and the cold of the winter months.
- The work in this position is performed both indoors and outdoors.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment is an office and occasionally a job site with exposure to outdoor elements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles; and risk of electrical shock.
