Role summary
LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking an Information Security Customer Engagement Specialist (Security Engineer II) to join their team. This entry-level role involves partnering with senior specialists to respond to customer security questionnaires and maintain public Trust Center content. The Information Security Customer Engagement team is at the forefront of helping our customers gain the assurance that they need to buy and utilize our products with confidence. In this entry level role, you will partner with senior security specialists to respond to security questionnaires and maintain public Trust Center content.
As An Information Security Customer Engagement Specialist, You Will
- Respond to customer security questionnaires utilizing a combination of knowledgebases, generative AI and subject matter expertise.
- Produce and maintain documentation that can be utilized on our public Trust Center, enabling customers to self-serve.
- Drive improvements to our knowledgebase through partnerships with product and technology colleagues.
- Provide metrics and reports to management, demonstrating overall trends and performance on a regular cadence.

Key Skills and Experience
- Have a good understanding information security principles, frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Have a strong disposition for providing a positive customer experiences and outcomes.
- An ability to manage multiple workloads simultaneously whilst waiting for input from others.
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders, providing transparency and building trust.
- Have a growth mindset, with an eagerness to learn multiple information security topics and processes.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,100 - $108,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Illinois, the base pay range is $68,300 - $113,900.If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is $71,600 - $119,300.If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $61,800 - $103,100. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
