Role summary
myLaurel is seeking a Clinical Liaison (RN) for their Acute Care at Home program in Washington State. This full-time, on-site role embedded within a partner medical facility focuses on business development and administrative coordination to drive referrals and ensure smooth patient transitions. The ideal candidate is an RN, Paramedic, or LCSW with at least 2 years of clinical experience and strong relationship-building, organizational, and administrative skills. Responsibilities include identifying eligible patients, educating staff on program benefits, managing referral metrics via EMR and CRM systems, and collaborating with leadership to resolve operational barriers. This is a transitionary role away from direct bedside care into a business-focused healthcare position.
The Role
Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) looking to step away from the bedside and transition into an administrative and business development role? We are seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Clinical Liaison to serve as the primary bridge between our hospital partners and the myLaurel care team. In this fully on-site role, you will be embedded directly inside our partner medical facility. You will serve as the face of our Acute Care at Home program on the hospital floor, focusing on relationship-building, business development, and administrative coordination to drive referrals and ensure seamless patient handoffs.
(Note: While highly ideal for an RN transitioning to business development, experienced Paramedics and Medical Social Workers with a flair for relationship-building are also strongly encouraged to apply!)
BSN is not required. But, preferred.
