Role summary

Naïve, an AI company builder backed by top investors, is seeking a Growth Engineer Intern. This remote, internship role focuses on treating growth as an engineering discipline, emphasizing systems, automation, and measurable results. The intern will ship SEO and GEO experiments, manage UGC and creator pipelines, operate the developer community, write conversion-focused content, build internal tools, and own a key growth metric. The ideal candidate can code in Next.js, TypeScript, or Python, possesses strong writing skills, has experience moving metrics, and is comfortable using LLMs as tools.

**About Naïve** \
\
Naïve is an autonomous company builder — we let businesses deploy AI employees to create/run entire companies. We're a $120M company backed by Y Combinator, Softbank, Vijay Krishnan (Founder of Turing), and more.

We're hiring a Growth Intern who treats growth like engineering — systems, automation, and measurable output.

**What You'll Do**

* Ship SEO + GEO experiments — programmatic pages, agent discovery evals, content automation
* Run UGC + creator pipelines — sourcing, briefs, distribution, attribution
* Help operate our developer community — Discord, hackathons, sample apps
* Write launch posts, docs, tweets, and landing pages that actually convert
* Build internal tools — scrapers, dashboards, content gen pipelines
* Own a growth metric and move it

**The Role** \
\
You write the SEO page, the script that generates 500 more like it, the eval that checks whether ChatGPT recommends Naïve when an agent asks how to form a company — and the tweet announcing it. You'll work directly with the founders on launches that hit.

**Must-Haves**

* High Agency
* Can code — Next.js / TypeScript / Python at a level where you can ship without supervision
* Strong writing — you can draft a launch post, a tweet thread, and a doc page in the same afternoon
* Have moved a real metric on something (side project, prior internship, OSS, your own audience)
* Comfortable with LLMs as tooling — content gen, scraping, evals

**Nice-to-Haves**

* Built and grown a side project, newsletter, OSS repo, or community audience
* Programmatic SEO experience, even at small scale
* Understand how agents discover and rank tools
* Active on dev Twitter / X, Hacker News, or a relevant Discord
