Lab Genetic Counselor
Role summary
Natera is seeking a Laboratory Genetic Counselor to serve as a clinical liaison for patients and healthcare providers regarding Natera's genetic testing offerings. This remote role involves reviewing and communicating test results, answering provider inquiries, providing genetic information sessions to patients, and assisting in the development of educational materials and protocols. The position also requires supporting the sales team, maintaining state licensure, and representing the company at conferences. Candidates must have a Master's degree in Genetic Counseling or equivalent, be board-certified, and possess at least two years of clinical and/or laboratory GC experience. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
