Project Manager, Office of Transformation
Role summary
The Office of Transformation is seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role will serve as the central operational coordinator, responsible for steering high-priority projects, managing complex timelines, and coordinating deliverables across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, detail-driven leader with strong organizational, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with project management methodologies, software, and dashboarding tools is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in the media industry and familiarity with CRM integrations and corporate compliance.

Intro to Position
The Office of Transformation is responsible for leading the design and execution of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across NPR to support our ambitious goals for audience growth and enhanced Network collaboration. The Project Manager functions as the central operational coordinator within the Office of Transformation. Tasked with steering high-priority initiatives, this role oversees complex transition timelines, coordinates deliverables between multiple independent teams, and ensures all project milestones are hit on schedule. This position requires a collaborative, detail-driven leader who can seamlessly bridge operational gaps between technical, financial, and station relations functions.

Compensation
Salary Range: The U.S.-based anticipated salary range for this opportunity is $97,000-$105,000 plus benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salaries NPR expects to provide for new hires for the position across all US locations.
NPR Benefits: NPR provides comprehensive benefits for employees and dependents. Regular, full-time employees scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week are eligible to enroll in NPR’s benefits options.
