Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mississauga, ON for a Director of Growth Marketing. In this role, you will lead efforts to optimize and scale customer acquisition and retention. Responsibilities include analyzing data to develop marketing strategies, managing growth initiatives, overseeing digital campaigns, and collaborating across teams to drive business development. You will also lead project management for key growth-related initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals. Reporting directly to VP of Marketing, CMO and CEO.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, track KPIs, and optimize marketing strategies
• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Exceptional Marketing expertise, including digital campaign management and brand strategy
• Project Management skills to coordinate and execute growth-focused initiatives effectively
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods industries is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
