Field Marketing Manager
Who We Are
From California to the world, Natura is building the future of the global cannabis supply chain.
Not someday - right now.
The cannabis industry is evolving fast - but behind the scenes, it's still fragmented, inconsistent, and overdue for reinvention. That's where we come in.
Natura exists to bring order to chaos - and turn it into opportunity.
We’re building a fully vertically integrated ecosystem where cannabis brands don’t just exist - they scale with precision. A place where ideas move faster, execution is tighter, and growth isn’t left to chance. Our platform brings together cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and delivery into one seamless operation designed to do one thing exceptionally well: help great brands win.
But this isn’t just about infrastructure - it’s about impact.
We believe cannabis has the power to change lives at scale. And the people building this industry - founders, operators, creators - deserve more than a patchwork system to do it. Natura gives them a launchpad backed by real capability, real standards, and real momentum.
It all starts at our Sacramento campus - a single, state-of-the-art hub where the entire lifecycle of a cannabis brand comes to life under one roof. From concept to consumer, faster, smarter, and with a level of control the industry hasn’t seen before.
We’re not here to participate in the cannabis industry.
We’re here to define what it becomes.

Job Summary
We are seeking a high-level Field Marketing Manager to spearhead our retail sales initiatives across California. Based in Sacramento, you will serve as the "Model Lead" - setting the gold standard for field execution locally while overseeing a team of regional Field Marketing Specialists and Brand Ambassadors (BAs) throughout the state.
This is a dual-impact role: you will lead by example in the Sacramento territory while simultaneously acting as the Project Manager for statewide initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring ample coverage for high-priority activations, and managing the strategic schedule for B2B events and trade shows.
Essential Functions

Oversee regional field specialists to ensure brand consistency and procedural excellence across all California territories. Identify gaps in coverage and reallocate resources (Specialists/BAs) to meet market demands.

Lead the planning and execution of B2B field events and industry trade shows. This includes preparing comprehensive agendas, organizing logistics, leading staff briefings, and managing post-event ROI analysis.
- Strategic Account Collaboration:
Partner with the Sales team on quarterly account plans, building deep relationships with key retailers and developing custom marketing "playbooks" to drive sell-through.
- Task & Communication Management:
Drive the internal feedback loop via the CRM. You will be responsible for confirming task acceptance, tagging team members to resolve questions, and maintaining detailed notes on information-heavy projects to ensure no details are lost.
