Senior G&A Recruiter
Role summary
Navan is seeking a G&A Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate functions including IT/BT, Finance, Legal, Audit/Risk/Compliance, and People. This role acts as a talent advisor to executives and hiring managers, focusing on strategic sourcing beyond job boards using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and GEM. The ideal candidate will provide a high-touch candidate experience, leverage recruiting metrics and Greenhouse for data-driven execution, and contribute to process innovation. Requires 3-5 years of G&A recruiting experience in a high-growth or startup environment, proficiency with Greenhouse and GEM, strong communication, and an analytical mindset.

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
