### Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automated testing. This role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, supporting application quality initiatives, and ensuring robust system performance in an Agile environment.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright or similar technologies
- Perform manual testing as required
- Create and manage test execution plans and test scenarios
- Track test execution and maintain test case documentation
- Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices (RTM)
- Log, track, and manage defects using Jira
- Schedule and execute automated test runs and reporting
- Support development teams across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments
- Lead or assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Troubleshoot test scripts and resolve issues
- Work within an Agile/Scrum environment
- Provide on-call support as needed
### Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of overall QA experience with strong automation background
- Experience in automated testing frameworks (Playwright or similar)
- Strong experience in manual test execution and test case creation
- Experience with performance testing
- Proven ability to work independently on complex QA tasks
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
### Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with test reporting and automation metrics
- Hands-on experience with:
- JavaScript, HTML
- Playwright, WebdriverIO
- JMeter
- Experience with tools such as Jira, XRay, Zephyr
- Knowledge of accessibility testing
### Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in manual test script execution
- 8+ years of experience in automated QA testing
- 8+ years of experience in test script creation
- 8+ years of experience in performance testing
- 5+ years (preferred) in automated test reporting
- 3+ years (preferred) working with Agile/Scrum tools and methodologies
- 3+ years (preferred) in accessibility testing
