Key responsibilities include user research, information architecture redesign, wireframing, and ensuring WCAG 2.1 compliance. The role requires 8-10+ years of experience in UX design or strategy, with proven experience on large-scale digital platforms and expertise in information architecture and user-centered design. Familiarity with Drupal CMS and modern front-end frameworks is preferred.

### Project Overview:

We are supporting a large-scale, enterprise-level digital transformation initiative focused on redesigning and modernizing a high-traffic, public-facing website platform within a regulated, service-oriented environment.

The initiative aims to deliver a modern, user-centric digital experience with improved navigation, usability, accessibility, and a mobile-first approach. The platform supports millions of users and provides real-time information and services.

The technical ecosystem includes Drupal CMS, modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js), real-time data integrations, and multiple third-party tools.

### Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UX Strategist / UX Designer to lead user experience design and information architecture for a large-scale digital platform. This role will focus on creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences for complex, data-driven systems.

### Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, usability studies, and stakeholder interviews
Redesign information architecture and navigation flows
Develop wireframes, sitemaps, and user journey maps
Improve usability across complex application interfaces
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Support A/B testing, user validation, and continuous optimization efforts

### Required Qualifications:

8–10+ years of experience in UX design or UX strategy
Proven experience working on large-scale, high-traffic digital platforms
Strong expertise in information architecture and user-centered design

### Preferred Experience:

Experience with enterprise website redesigns, especially in regulated or public sector environments
Familiarity with Drupal CMS and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js)
Experience integrating third-party tools and web applications
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization
Experience supporting large-scale content migrations while maintaining performance
