About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This full-time, in-person position offers an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals or recent graduates to gain practical experience across various financial functions. As a key member of our finance department, you will be involved in the entire accounting cycle, including month-end close, reconciliations, payroll support, revenue recognition, and process improvements. The role provides a platform to develop technical skills, enhance business acumen, and contribute meaningfully to the company's financial health. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to work in a fast-paced environment with supportive colleagues.
Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in tax preparation, audit, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork, adaptability, and proactive attitude.
• A "roll-up sleeves" approach and commitment to high standards and ethical practices.
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic background are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Process accounts payable invoices and payments, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Complete revenue recognition tasks and generate customer invoices.
• Review and assist in employee payroll processing to ensure correctness and timeliness.
• Assist in executing month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations, maintaining accurate and organized records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Provide analytical support and insights as requested by management.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives to support department and organizational goals.
