About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist / Applied Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to build scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions. This role focuses on designing and deploying advanced machine learning models to enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes within a large-scale platform.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in LLMs, RAG architectures, and AWS AI services, along with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business problems

• Develop and optimize
LLM-based solutions
, including enterprise-grade GenAI and agentic AI systems

• Build and maintain
RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines
, including contextual data frameworks and vector-based retrieval systems

• Develop scalable data pipelines and AI architectures for production environments

• Work with AWS services such as
Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS, and S3
to build and deploy AI solutions

• Perform prompt engineering, model tuning, and evaluation of foundation models (e.g., Claude, Titan, LLaMA, Mistral)

• Implement responsible AI practices, including guardrails, hallucination mitigation, and model governance

• Optimize performance and cost of AI/ML workloads in cloud environments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions

• Communicate technical concepts and insights effectively to non-technical audiences

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in
Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field

• Minimum
10+ years of experience in applied machine learning and deep learning

• Strong programming expertise in
Python and modern ML frameworks

• Extensive experience with
Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures

• Hands-on experience with
AWS AI/ML services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS, S3)

• Proven experience deploying machine learning models into
production environments

• Experience with
MLOps practices and scalable ML pipelines

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and implementing
RAG architectures and contextual knowledge systems

• Familiarity with
vector databases and semantic search technologies

• Expertise in
prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning

• Experience building
agentic AI or GenAI-based applications

• Knowledge of
microservices and containerized architectures

• Domain experience in
travel, events, or customer experience platforms
