Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will dive into data to uncover insights that help us improve our operations, marketing strategies, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about data analysis, comfortable working with various tools and platforms, and eager to contribute to a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using tools like SQL, R, Python, and ETL processes to support business decision-making.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar visualization tools to communicate findings clearly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Support project management efforts by tracking progress within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth or process improvements.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst with strong data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools such as Talend or similar platforms for data integration.
  • Understanding of SDLC processes and project management methodologies like Agile.
