Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using tools like SQL, R, Python, and ETL processes to support business decision-making.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar visualization tools to communicate findings clearly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Support project management efforts by tracking progress within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework.
- Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth or process improvements.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst with strong data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with ETL tools such as Talend or similar platforms for data integration.
- Understanding of SDLC processes and project management methodologies like Agile.
