Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Role summary
Seeking a technical co-founder to build an AI-powered organizational performance platform from the ground up. This role requires deep experience in AI product development, making foundational architectural decisions, and robust data modeling for longitudinal tracking. The focus is on encoding expert judgment and ensuring reliable, value-driven AI integration, mindful of compute costs. The co-founder will own the technology build, leveraging existing proprietary frameworks and domain expertise. This is a sweat equity position with co-founder-level commitment and ownership, ideal for someone who wants to build a product with genuine discipline and own its roadmap.

The Vision & Opportunity
The IP exists. Five proprietary frameworks covering strategy, change management, operational architecture, measurement, and financial value quantification have been developed, documented, and proven across real enterprise consulting engagements over the past 10 years. The product vision is clear. What I need is the person who can help build it.
This is not a standard SaaS build. The core challenge is encoding expert judgment into a guided product experience, not surfacing a chatbot or wrapping a model in a UI. The frameworks are structured, opinionated, and methodologically specific. The technology has to reflect that. AI is used where it drives real, defensible value: analyzing user inputs against embedded expert logic, flagging miscalibrations, and improving accuracy over time as the platform learns each organization's specific characteristics. Where AI adds cost without proportionate value, we do not use it.
This matters more than it sounds. Compute costs are currently subsidized by capital. That will not last. We are building with that constraint in mind from day one. Every AI integration decision is made on the basis of genuine value delivered, not capability demonstration.
The platform is also a data platform. Organizational variables from resistance factors, inertia coefficients, and value benchmarks are tracked per customer and calibrated from real project outcomes over time. The longer a customer uses the platform, the more precisely it reflects how their organization actually operates. This requires serious data modeling from the start, not as an afterthought.
What I am Looking For
- Deep experience building AI-powered products, with strong judgment about where AI genuinely earns its place versus where it adds complexity and cost without proportionate return.
- The ability to make and own foundational architectural decisions. This is a co-founder role, not a lead engineer role.
- Experience with data modeling and longitudinal data tracking. The calibration layer is core to the product's long-term value.
- A preference for building things that work reliably over building things that are impressive in a demo.
What this is Not
- A salaried position. There is no salary until we raise funding. This is sweat equity. The expectation is co-founder-level commitment and co-founder-level ownership.
- A role for someone who wants to apply AI broadly and see what sticks. The methodology is specific. The technology serves it.
What I bring: the IP, the domain expertise, the consulting network, published thought leadership, and a clear view of what this platform needs to do and why. The intellectual foundation is solid. The build is what remains.
