Responsibilities:

: Identify, investigate, and analyze potential threats in real-time.
- System Monitoring
: Continuously monitor our SIEM/SOC system to ensure maximum usability and security.
- Incident Response
: Actively participate in incident response and mitigation strategies.
- Collaboration
: Work closely with our AI team to optimize the automated features of our system.
- Customer Support
: Assist customers in understanding their security network state and provide solutions.

Qualifications:

- Skills
: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education
: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience
: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with AI-automated systems is a plus.
- Certifications
: Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.
- Communication
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
