Role Description

This is a full-time Data Analyst role based on-site in Moline, IL. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making processes. Primary duties include developing data models, preparing comprehensive reports, and presenting insights to stakeholders. The candidate will also work on data visualization projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide actionable analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics
• Knowledge of Statistics and experience with data interpretation techniques
• Ability to develop and optimize Data Models for business intelligence purposes
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries) is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Prior experience in data analysis or a similar role (preferred)
• Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail
