Why We're Building This

We spell Dysrupt with a Y\* instead of an I\* — and that's not branding, it's belief. The health insurance industry has spent decades focused on the "I": profit, self-interest, and short-term wins. We exist to focus on the why — the people, the purpose, and the long-term impact.

That belief only works if the right people are living it out loud. As we step into our next chapter, we're looking for someone who wants to help us write it — someone who loves to “dysrupt” the status quo, who thrives in a fast-moving environment, and who's ready to grow alongside a mission that's bigger, bolder, and more meaningful than business as usual.

This isn't a seat to fill. It's an invitation to build.

About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to be a driving force behind our marketing strategy, day-to-day marketing operations, client education/onboarding, and the client overall experience. This is a hybrid role at heart — part marketer, part operator, part client advocate — built for someone who wants to build, not just a task list.

You'll work directly alongside leadership as a true sidekick: helping shape and present our story to advisors, partners, and clients, while keeping the engine of our growth strategy running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a client-facing role, and you'll be trusted to represent who we are and what we believe every time you show up.

We're constantly evolving. This person needs to thrive in that motion — energized by change, not worn down by it.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Marketing

  • Help design, launch, and continuously improve marketing campaigns that reflect our mission and message
  • Support the creation of content, presentations, and materials used with advisors, partners, and clients
  • Track campaign and channel performance, and use those insights to sharpen strategy in real time
  • Stay close to industry trends and competitor movement to help keep our strategy ahead of the curve

Operations

  • Own and improve marketing and client-facing operational workflows as we scale
  • Bring structure and follow-through to a fast-moving, frequently-changing environment
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively fix them
  • Support cross-functional coordination between marketing, sales, and leadership

Client Experience & Customer Service

  • Serve as a trusted, client-facing point of contact who represents the brand with integrity and care
  • Support advisors and clients directly, helping present ideas, answer questions, and resolve issues
  • Help build systems and touchpoints that make every client interaction feel intentional
  • Partner with leadership to prepare and deliver presentations to advisors and key stakeholders

Sales Support

  • Support the sales team with marketing collateral, campaign leads, and client-ready materials
  • Help ensure a smooth handoff between marketing efforts and sales conversations
  • Assist in preparing pitch materials and client-facing presentations as needed

Who You Are

  • You love to challenge the status quo and aren't satisfied with "the way it's always been done"
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment — and you're energized by growth, not overwhelmed by it
  • You're a self-starter and a motivator — you don't wait to be told what's next
  • You're a genuine team player who cares as much about the people around you as the results you produce
  • You're comfortable being client-facing and take pride in representing something bigger than yourself
  • You bring both heart and hustle — integrity and ambition, in equal measure

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or client-facing roles (healthcare or advisor-facing industries a plus)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable in front of advisors, clients, and leadership
  • Proven ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience supporting or collaborating closely with sales teams
  • Strong organizational skills with a bias toward action and follow-through

Preferred:

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Sprout Social, ClickUp)
  • Background in healthcare, financial services, or advisor-facing industries

What We Offer

  • The chance to be part of writing the next chapter of a mission-driven company from the ground floor
  • Direct mentorship and collaboration with leadership
  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • PTO, health benefits, professional development, etc.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
