Responsibilities include owning solution architecture, defining standards, providing architectural governance, collaborating with global teams, and managing stakeholders. Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), microservices, distributed systems, APIs, integrations, data architecture, security, scalability, DevOps, and CI/CD is required. Experience with regulatory frameworks like HIPAA and relevant certifications are preferred.

This role operates at a strategic level, similar to a CTO / VP of Technology / Technical Delivery Leader, driving architecture decisions while ensuring seamless execution across distributed teams.
You will play a key role in shaping technology strategy, guiding engineering teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across Manufacturing and Healthcare domains.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-scale systems
- Define architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices
- Drive design across cloud, application, data, and integration layers
Strategic Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Define and influence long-term technology roadmaps
Delivery & Execution
- Provide architectural governance across multiple programs
- Ensure quality, scalability, and timely delivery of solutions
- Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively
Global Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with offshore development teams to drive execution
- Provide technical direction, design clarity, and continuous guidance to distributed teams
- Ensure alignment between onshore and offshore teams for seamless delivery
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations
- Engage with cross-functional teams, clients, and leadership
- Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years in software engineering, architecture, or technology leadership
- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise projects
- Background in roles such as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, CTO, or VP of Engineering
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, APIs, and integrations
- Knowledge of data architecture, security, and scalability best practices
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
- Experience in Manufacturing and/or Healthcare domains preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with global/distributed teams, including offshore models
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical guidance
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA)
- Cloud or architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, TOGAF, etc.)
